This is just a suggestion, but I think DLSite should make it a requirement that people from the West would be allowed on Pommu if they had bought a number of items from DLSite within a certain time frame or something.
For instance, I bought a couple of H-doujin products a long time ago (mostly the Umemaro3D stuff) so that should put a person like myself in the boundries of being allowed to post on Pommu. But if a person makes an account like now and tries to buy a few things here and there, they still have to wait a while before being able to allowed to make their first post.
I don't know, this is just a thought I had in my head.

Pommuの開発者と日本のコミュニティは、英語圏コミュニティで起きていることについて全く無知のようです。例えば、日本の作者たちは2021年頃まで、アニメ会社がローカライズ時に西洋基準から来る企業的な検閲安全対策を強制的に適用していたことに気づきもしませんでした。一方、英語圏のオタクたちはこれをずっと前から知っていました。そして、彼らは私のような人々と相談したがりません。だから、彼らはチェスの試合のようにいつまでも終わらないチェックを受け続けることになります。baraagは私たちの場所ですが、非常にサニタイズされた環境で、検索やインタラクションがほとんどできません。ただRNGタイムラインとフォロワー接続、または他の場所で先に発見するしかないのです。
それは士気をくじくもので、世界にオタクとアーティストが何度も何度も嫌がらせを受けることを示しています。外国人はアーティストコミュニティを組織し、破壊不能な高度に文明化された才能基盤を作らなければなりません。しかし、彼らはこれに失敗しています。。私でさえ彼らのサーバーで奮起させようとしましたが、彼らは創造の自由のために立ち上がることすらしない、最も惨めな人々です。

確かに僕もそう思います...不特定多数が閲覧できる環境の方がユーザーは獲得しやすく宣伝に向いてる、けどそれをやると少人数で価値観を共有して楽しむといった使い方ができなくなりますよね。
でも、インターネットやSNSは皆が使うものだから皆が認めないものは存在すべきでない（多数派の価値観に反するものは存在すべきではない）なんて理屈がまかり通ったら、僕たちの居場所はなくなると思います。
オタクだけ便利なインターネットやSNSを使わしてもらえないなんて、少なくとも僕は受け入れられません。
台湾のplurkみたいに共通のタイムラインをなくしてあえて見えずらくする/つながりづらくしたりする工夫も有効だと思います。オタク同士でも住み分けは大事だと思いますからね。

This is why I was saying that there needs to be a barrier in place before foreigners (like myself) should be able to use Pommu. Again, having us make certain purchases on DLSite that are questionable to them (yes, it will have to be something that some people don't feel comfortable with getting but it could weed out possible people - ie: normies - from trying to come into Pommu to make it a bad place).
Again, there needs to be some conditions in place rather than just opening the flood gates to just anyone outside of Japan onto Pommu.

Again, the purchased item conditions have to be questionable to the people morals. If they're normies, they will more than likely not buy the type of stuff on DLSite.

It's been a while since my last post but I'm going to assume that Pommu is in testing right now but access outside of Japan is restricted, correct?
Just asking now since I've tried to go to Pommu now but I get the message that I was blocked. I rather miss it. ~_~
